We had a day of Fall here in San Diego! It went from 100º on Saturday, to a beautiful, crisp Sunday, with the temps maxing out around 75º. Now that's what I'm talking about! I've said it before and I'll say it again..I LOVE an entree salad! This particular salad is easily one of my favorites, and I have been waiting (im)patiently for Fall to arrive to make it. Am I the only one that gets slightly irrationally irritated at the premature celebration of Fall?
