Ingredients
Crust:
7.5OzGraham Cracker Crumbsabout 1.5 cups of crumbs
1/3cupcoconut sugar
1/3cupbuttermelted
Brownies:
110 oz box of brownie mix
Plus ingredients listed on brownie box
1cupchocolate chips
116 oz bag of marshmallows (can be mini or regular)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350º. Line a 9x9 baking dish with foil (for easy removal) and set aside.
Using a food processor, pulse the graham crackers into crumbs.
Meanwhile, melt the butter. Add the crumbs, butter, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the 9x9 dish. You can use your fingers to press firmly, or the bottom of a glass. Bake the crust at 350º for 15 minutes.
While the crust is baking, prepare the brownies. Add all ingredients to a large bowl (following the instructions on your box of brownies). Add the 1 cup of chocolate chips as well.
Once the crust is baked and the brownies are prepared, add the brownie mixture to the crust and spread evenly. Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Once the brownies are cooked add the marshmallows to the top and press down on them gently (so they "stick" to the brownie layer).
Turn the oven to broil (500º) and put the pan back in to toast the marshmallows. WATCH VERY CLOSELY as it will go from white to burned in a flash!
Allow to cool, then remove from the pan by pulling on the foil on either side of the pan and cut into bars. Get yours quick because they won't last long!
