Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium
Prepare the foil pouches for the shrimp and sides. If desired, double up and use 2 layers of foil.
Add butter and minced garlic to the shrimp, then seal the foil pouch.
Add Avocado oil to the potatoes and zucchini. Be sure to fully coat all the potatoes with oil so that they don't stick to the foil. Liberally sprinkle with salt and pepper.
First, place the potatoes on the grill for a total of 30 minutes
After 15 minutes, add the zucchini and flip over the potatoes.
After 5 more minutes, add the shrimp and cook for a total of 10 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through.
