I first had this Salmon in Portland, OR when my wonderful cousin, Spencer, was hosting us for New Year's Eve. I knew I liked Salmon, but at the time, I was apprehensive to cook it at home myself. Happy Monday, Ya'll! Who likes standing over the stove on a hot summer night? Not I! We don't have AC in our house, which is only a problem for about 2-3 months of the year, but man it's a doozy for those few months!
