A super delicious and easy crock pot meal to add to your weekly menu!

Ingredients
  • 4 whole chicken breasts or 8 thighs
  • 28 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp each oregano, basil, thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice bell peppers and onion. Mince the garlic.
  2. First, add the chicken to the crockpot. Then pile in the peppers, onions, and garlic. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Lastly, sprinkle all of the seasonings over the sauce.
  3. Give the peppers, onions, tomato sauce, and seasonings a good mix.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours in the crockpot. When cooking time is up, chop the chicken breast into 1/3rds and return to the pot to simmer until ready to eat.
  5. Serve with zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, or brown rice pasta.
