Slice bell peppers and onion. Mince the garlic.

First, add the chicken to the crockpot. Then pile in the peppers, onions, and garlic. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Lastly, sprinkle all of the seasonings over the sauce.

Give the peppers, onions, tomato sauce, and seasonings a good mix.

Cook on low for 8 hours in the crockpot. When cooking time is up, chop the chicken breast into 1/3rds and return to the pot to simmer until ready to eat.

Serve with zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, or brown rice pasta.
